Promoting and sharing information about chapter events is crucial to a successful project. Marketing our organization by utilizing community assets such as newspapers, cable, television, radio, networking events, social media, chapter website, and business connections gets the word out. The Public Relations State Program Manager (SPM) supports chapters by providing 'how to' information and samples of press releases, radio announcement scripts, website development, and other needs. Founder's Day is celebrated July 1 and Women of Today week is celebrated in September. The SPM also shares information provided by the USWT Public Relations Program Manager. |
