There are many community volunteer opportunities from which you can choose to become involved with the St. Cloud Women of Today. The number and types of projects are determined by the current membership and individuals can pick and choose those areas of interest to them.
MNWT State Program Managers and USWT Program Managers provide Chapter Information Packets (CIP) to local chapters to offer guidance and suggestions for projects in their local communities. Chapters report back the number of volunteer hours and money raised. The totals from all chapters are reported at year-end conventions and are very impressive to show how each person can contribute to a larger mission.
The four Minnesota Women of today External programming areas include: Community Connections | Priority Area | Women's Wellness | Youth of Today | Encourages involvement in the local community (e.g. food shelf, civic projects, senior citizens, adopt-a-family, etc). | Encourages members, chapters, and districts to become educated and promote the area and raise funds in their community. The current 3-year priority area is Isaac's Journey. | Focuses on providing and supporting women's health education through traditional and holistic medical practices, including balanced lifestyles. | Promotes activities that allow youth to experience the importance of volunteering.
